Wouldn’t we all be relieved knowing that the energy we use doesn’t contribute to the contamination of our delicate environment? Nowadays, renewable energy sources are gaining in popularity and personally I hail our city council’s plan to establish a wind farm as a move to safeguard the future of our planet.
First and foremost, it is a fact beyond any question that windmills can purify the atmosphere. This is plainly because there is no burning of fossil fuels, thus avoiding any emission of noxious smoke or radiation. Consequently, we could live and breathe in a much cleaner environment which would eventually evade us from grievous diseases stemming from breathing toxic air. Wind energy surely is the answer to air pollution.
Furthermore, it is my strong argument that the wind farm would create glorious job opportunities. It is easy to understand that operating and maintaining the windmills will require considerable amount of manpower. This means that many locals are sure to enjoy a regular source of income, leading them to enjoy better standard of life.
Taking everything into the account, it is my unwavering credence that we should all support the proposal to install a wind farm in our city. Who would spurn the chance for greener energy and promising job prospects?
