To many of us, ‘school’ connotes fun and merriment. The chance to learn while mingling with friends will be unrevealed for a lifetime. However, the question at the moment is having sport lessons at school could be vital or not? It is a mixed blessing to say the least.
On the one hand, I believe that adding sport as a part of students’ timetable could be a big help for them to learn better. There is not an iota of doubt that taking a break between these mind-numbing lessons like Mathematics and Accounts, and playing a little game will make them feel more relaxed. This results in rising in grades of students as they learn in much comfort and joy.
On the other hand, one thing I abhor about this notion is the way it makes children lose focus on academics subjects. It is crystal clear that having sports lessons regularly will surely lead to lack of focus on important subjects such as Commerce and Economics which are more important for us in school life. As a result, this could be a huge loss for them in the future, and could be the gateway for failure. Simply put, spending our precious school hours on playing leads to nothing but failure and loss.
To conclude, it is high time we all thought about ………………..
